We are seeking a Sustainability Marketing Manager with education or experience in the sustainability field to help us generate leads and build brand awareness.

Position Overview: The Sustainability Solutions Consultant will play a key role in supporting sales and advising prospective clients on our ESG SaaS solution. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in SaaS platforms, strong project management skills, and in-depth knowledge of sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully deploying SaaS solutions and a passion for driving sustainable change within organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise and insights on sustainability solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the value of our ESG SaaS solutions to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.

Client Advisory and Implementation:

• Advise clients on best practices for integrating sustainability into their business operations using the Ensogo platform.
• Lead the implementation process of ESG SaaS solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth and effective deployment.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver customized sustainability strategies and action plans for clients.

Training and Support:

• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the use of the Ensogo platform, ensuring they maximize its value.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and other documentation to assist clients in using the platform effectively.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to address client needs and feedback.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Thought Leadership:

• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ESG and sustainability.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and other events.

Required Education and Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, solutions consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS solutions for clients, preferably in the ESG space.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability metrics.
• Experience with project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
